Come away with us for five unforgettable days of movement, connection, and adventure, with our Up, Up and Away Retreat in beautiful St. Croix from February 17–21, 2027 at The Cove Hotel! This exclusive retreat is designed to uplift through fitness, yoga, wellness, community, and inspiration.
With the entire property reserved exclusively for our group, you’ll experience an intimate luxury retreat atmosphere surrounded by ocean views, island culture, and like-minded people ready to recharge together.
We’re going beyond your typical yoga retreat with daily yoga AND fitness classes, along with plenty of time for time to chill or go on outings (bioluminescent kayak tour, anyone?), whatever your speed!

Travel & Accommodations
- Four nights and five days of boutique hotel accommodations exclusively reserved for our group at The Cove Hotel

Hello fellow adventure seekers!
We are so excited to embark on this adventure with you beyond the walls of Dragonfly. We look forward to sharing five days of strength, connection, and serendipity as we elevate our strength and yoga practices through a week dedicated to growth and exploration.
Together, we bring extensive experience in both fitness and yoga. Between the two of us, we teach six weekly classes and lead four yearly teacher trainings at Dragonfly Hot Yoga.
Our goal for this experience is to help our fellow islanders discover the powerful connection between strength and mobility. We love to keep things upbeat, fun, and energetic while creating an environment that is welcoming and accessible for all movement enthusiasts, regardless of experience level.
Outside of Dragonfly, we spend a great deal of time challenging ourselves in new and exciting ways. Our passion for movement, growth, and adventure is one of the main reasons we wanted to lead this retreat. We can’t wait to share this experience with you and create a week filled with learning, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

Our home base will be the luxurious Cove Hotel! Fully renovated in 2024, the Cove offers a unique family-owned and operated boutique hotel experience.The rooms feature plush king-sized beds and sleek modern touches with handcrafted decor and art sourced from talented women artists from all over the world. The spaces are bathed in natural light, with panoramic ocean views visible from from every room. Enjoy Egyptian cotton sheets and soft Turkish pool towels for the ultimate tranquility by the sea!
The Cove also has a small onsite marketplace offering everything from personal care products and beach essentials, to a selection of snacks and beverages. The marketplace also offers locally made gifts and has a “charm bar” where you can build your own charm bracelet. 😊

Prices are per person. If you would like to share a room, you are responsible to find/sign up with a roommate. Both people must sign up together! If you sign-up with a roommate and someone in your party cancels, the prices will be adjusted to the number of guests attending.
Pricing includes lodging, meals, transportation, yoga and fitness classes, Cane Bay Beach outing, Buck Island outing, and bioluminescent kayak tour. Pricing does not include airfare and associated fees, medical and travel insurance, optional outings, or tips.
About St. Croix
St. Croix is the largest of the U.S. Virgin Islands. It’s rich history, unique culture, white sand beaches and lush rainforests set the scene for tropical bliss!
February in St. Croix offers ideal, dry, and sunny Caribbean weather, with daily highs around 83° and comfortable nightly lows near 72°. White sand beaches and lush rainforests set the scene for tropical bliss. It is peak season with low humidity and minimal rainfall, making it perfect for escaping the winter chill.
The Cove Hotel is located on the North Shore of the island, which offers peaceful seclusion while still allowing easy access to beaches, tide pools and unforgettable adventures. Expect to fall asleep to the sounds of waves and starry skies!
Travel Details
- Passports for U.S. citizens are NOT required for the U.S. Virgin Islands, but you must be prepared to show a REAL-ID or passport upon leaving the island.
- Three weeks prior to departure for the retreat you must supply your up-to-date flight information.
- Plan a flight that arrives no later than xxx on arrival day to Henry E. Rohlsen Airport in Christiansted (STX).
- If you plan to arrive prior to the retreat start date, we can provide recommendations for hotels and transportation.
- On departure day, you will arrive to the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport in Christiansted at xxx It is suggested to be at the international terminal 3 hours prior to your international departure; please book your departure time accordingly.
- If you would like to extend your trip, we can recommend locations, tours, and sights to see.
- We can also provide you with a trusted travel agent who can book your flights and/or arrange travel insurance.
- St. Croix uses U.S. dollars and English is the official language.
- You MUST use lotion sunscreens (no sprays) containing only zinc oxide or titanium dioxide – sunscreens containing oxybenzone, octinoxate, and octocrylene are banned from the island, and is enforced via steep fines!
- We highly recommend you insure your trip with travel insurance. See below for our cancellation policy.
Deposit and Cancellation
A non-refundable and non-transferable $500 deposit secures your space on the retreat. The full amount is due 90 days prior to the start date of the retreat.
Cancellation Policy: If cancellation notice is received by November 19, 2026 (90 days prior to the start of the retreat), 100% of any payments made will be refunded, less the deposit. If notice is received after 11/19/26, but before December 17, 2026 (61 days prior to the start of the retreat), 50% of any payments will be refunded, less the deposit. If cancellation notice is received after 12/17/26 (60 days or less prior to the start of the retreat), there shall be no refund. There are no exceptions with our cancellation policy due to the contractual commitments we have with our vendors who do not offer refunds or transfer of funds.
Please Note: Due to our own up-front costs, if the retreat is cancelled by us, we cannot give refunds. Please make sure you have travel insurance in case the retreat is cancelled due to political, environmental, health or weather-related incidents, or if you need to cancel for personal reasons. Please reach out if you would like suggestions on travel insurance!
