About our Flow & Lift Training
Get Flow & Lift Certified!
We are excited to announce that Dragonfly’s Flow & Lift is now available for teacher training. Once certified, instructors will be able to teach this class!
What is Flow & Lift?
Flow & Lift is an innovative and original yoga experience that brings together the art of vinyasa and the power of strength training through the integration and use of light to medium weights. The class offers a balanced and invigorating experience that increases muscle endurance and nurtures your mind.
Includes:
- 1 day training
- Training Manual
- Certificate of Completion
- 10 hours CEC’s for Yoga Alliance
- .09 CEC’s for ACE Fitness
Upon completion of training, you will have the tools that you need to start teaching Flow & Lift with confidence, knowledge, and strength! You will not only learn how to perform correctly a wide variety of postures and exercises, you will learn formats on how to structure a class, and how to find your teaching voice. This training will include a lot of hands on/practical experience.
