St. Croix Retreat Sign Up

I understand that after I fill out this form I will be send an invoice for $500 for my deposit, which will secure my spot. I understand the deposit is non-refundable. I also acknowledge that I must pay in full before November 19, 2026.

I acknowledge that costs associated with lodging, food, transportation and fees associated with daily excursions, and daily yoga and fitness classes are included.
I acknowledge that costs associated with airfare, flight changes, airline baggage fees for any and all baggage, medical or travel insurance, gratuities and taxes for personal services, tips for included transportation and outings, specialty beverages or alcohol, food (aside from prepared meals and $20 stipend for restaurant outings), shopping excursions, optional outings, or transportation to the retreat outside of planned pickup and drop off times, are not included.
I acknowledge I am advised to wait to book my flight after November 19, 2026, and Dragonfly Hot Yoga is not able to offer refunds for any airfare costs, even if the retreat is cancelled by Dragonfly.

I understand that checking "I agree" constitutes an agreement and acknowledgment of the waiver and liability release, refund and cancellation policies, and included costs. I understand that checking "I agree" is a legally binding signature and contract with Dragonfly Hot Yoga, LLC.
