Class Schedule Workshops/Events
Our Middleton studio is conveniently located right off the beltline on the Middleton/Madison border. We are Madison area’s only licensed BarreAmped studio!
The spacious and well appointed space features a beautiful window-filled lounge rotunda, where you can unwind post-workout and enjoy a cup of tea, take in the view or gaze into our 92″ digital fireplace. We also have private rooms to enjoy a personal yoga, pilates, or BarreAmped class.
The Yoga/BarreAmped studio is specially designed to keep the room at the optimum temperature and humidity specific to each class. You will love our unique antibacterial flooring that keeps the studio clean and fresh! The giant windows and digital fireplace will keep you energized and pumped throughout the class.
We also offer childcare for some of our classes. Your kids will love spending time playing with our trained staff! We welcome everyone to experience the transformative power of hot yoga and BarreAmped. Come as you are — we can’t wait to see you!

Map & Directions
We are on Junction Road just south of Old Sauk Road. Stay on Junction for only 0.1 miles and look for us on the right hand side. Park in the lot and use the door with our logo on it. We are on the 2nd floor. If you need the elevator, use the door further down with the salon logo “Suite 608″ on it (next to Capriotti’s). Take it to the second floor. When you get off the elevator, take a right and come all the way down the corridor. Our studio is directly above HuHot Restaurant!
