My Teaching Style
I strive to teach classes where students feel challenged, supported and find what they need. I want students to walk away from class feeling strong, connected with their breath, and accomplished - along with a little bit of zen.
Experience
Having practiced yoga on and off for many years, I committed to my practice consistently in 2024. I also started teaching in June of 2025. Yoga allows me to learn more about myself and to create space. As a former runner, I find a lot of similarities with yoga. Like when I’m on a run and I think continuing to run isn’t possible, a breakthrough from persevering will occur. I experience this many times in my yoga practice and I love meeting that challenge. It’s a euphoric feeling and brings me back each time.
Favorite Pose
Needle is my favorite. I love the layers of finding the right balance, the challenge of strength and extension, and letting my head hang heavy.

Why I Love Dragonfly
I am drawn to the experience of yoga at Dragonfly. The people are welcoming and friendly, there is a community of caring people, the spaces are beautiful and of course the heat!
Little Known Fact About Me
I am an identical twin - very identical. So much so that If you are ever out and about in the Madison area, and I seem unfriendly - don’t be afraid to say hi. Please know that it might not be me!
