My Teaching Style
I aim to teach classes that allow students to connect with their inner and outer strength. I believe our minds are strengthened when our bodies are challenged and I like to create sequences that give students the chance to explore the mind-body connection. I hope students leave class feeling strong and mentally refreshed.
Experience
I’ve been active my entire life and have always enjoyed trying new group fitness classes. I dabbled in yoga but it wasn’t until 2023 that I started practicing consistently. I loved how a class could benefit both my body and mind, and see myself improve over time. When I saw the 50 hour Foundations of Flow training announced in Fall 2025, I knew it was the perfect opportunity for me to deepen my practice.
