Late & No-Show Fees
Reservations are for clients who are definitely coming to class. To help provide a good experience for everyone, here is our late cancel/no-show policy:
- Folks who fail to cancel at least 4 hours before will be charged a $10 fee
- People who no-show to class will be charged a $25 fee
- Class pass holders will also lose their pass
- Monthly members are allowed one free late cancel/no-show in a rolling 30-day period
- Please arrive on time if class is waitlisted! We will start allowing waitlisted folks into the studio when class starts, and you may lose your spot if you are not checked in by then. Please call us if you are running late.
- Undisputed fees will be processed after 48 hours.

waitlist Policy
Popular classes may be subject to a waitlist. The waitlist is intended to allow folks to attend if someone on the class roster cancels or no-shows.
- If you are on the waitlist, and placed into class within the 4 hour window, you will be charged the no-show fee if you do not attend. Please only join the waitlist if you plan to come!
- If you are on the waitlist and come in person to wait for a spot, we will start allowing you into class when class starts (if a spot is available due to a no-show).
Underage Policy
Children must be 14 years of age to attend regularly scheduled classes and events (16 years old to do any Fire 105° classes). Children 14-15 years of age can only attend class WITH a parent/guardian. 16 and 17 year olds can attend class alone, but a parent/guardian must sign a parental waiver first.
