My Teaching Style
I hope to create a space that’s all about hard work, encouragement, and good music! A place where you feel supported but also challenged, and where you can show up, move, and have fun! My goal is for everyone who takes my classes to leave feeling confident, capable and proud of what they accomplished!
Experience
As a former college athlete, movement and fitness have always been a huge part of my life. Becoming an instructor and sharing my love for movement with others has always been something I’ve wanted to do. I moved to Madison in November, and a Flow + Lift class was one of the very first classes I took. I completed my Flow + Lift training a few months later in February, and I’m so excited for this journey and to be part of the Dragonfly team.

Supta Baddha Konasana: I love this pose because of the stretch it gives. It feels super relaxing and calming, and really helps release tension in your back and hips.

Why I Love Dragonfly
I love Dragonfly because of the atmosphere and the community! You immediately feel welcomed when you walk into any studio! I also love the warmth of the classes. Nothing beats a heated workout!
