My Teaching Style
I teach classes that are challenging, yet accessible to all levels of yoga practitioners. I encourage students to honor their body as it is in the present moment. My goal is that students will leave class feeling empowered, strong, and accomplished.
I started doing yoga in high school and loved it right away. I participated in a wide array of physical activities and sports growing up, but finally felt “at home” in my body when I was practicing yoga. I attended yoga classes on and off through college and found Dragonfly after graduating. I’d never done hot yoga before, but quickly became addicted (especially during the Wisconsin winters). In summer 2022, I took the leap and completed Dragonfly’s intensive yoga teacher training.

Little Known Fact About Me
I’m a HUGE fan of the TV show Parks and Recreation and even won a trivia contest with a team of friends. We beat 70+ teams to win first place!
