My Teaching Style

I love creating workouts that feel both purposeful and fun! My classes focus on functional movements that build full-body strength and endurance, often combining them in ways that challenge and empower you. I stick to the basics while adding fresh twists to keep things interesting, drawing inspiration from CrossFit, weightlifting, and endurance training. Each class has its own unique flow, but the goal is always the same: helping you feel stronger, more confident, and proud of what your body can do.

Experience

I started teaching Power Up in the winter of 2025 after spending years as a dedicated DFly member! Fitness has always been my favorite hobby outside of school, and I love exploring new ways to move. After years of weightlifting and running, I’ve recently added swimming and CrossFit into the mix to keep things fresh and challenging. I’m currently working toward my B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics with a certificate in Athletic Healthcare, with the goal of becoming a dietitian who supports athletes in reaching their full potential!
