When I was younger, I grew up in a family of runners and I personally hated fitness because it was forced on me. I started running when I was 19 and realized that I do actually feel better after I exercise (don’t tell my parents). I have done a variety of fitness over the years, but I really found my stride in HIIT and strength workouts. I’m completely addicted to Dragonfly’s Up classes!
