My Teaching Style
I love to explore the strength and physicality side of a yoga practice. I encourage a connection to breath that helps facilitate movement, holds, and power (and, of course, breaks and rest as needed!). Expect to jam out a little, sweat a lot, and celebrate/explore your own movement and strength.
I graduated Dragonfly’s YTT in 2017 and quickly fell in love with teaching here. After about a year of teaching, I moved to Austin where I taught Pilates and completed additional yoga trainings. I’m excited to be back in Madison and leading classes back at Dfly!
