My Teaching Style

I create fast-paced yet approachable classes that energize and challenge students of all levels. My classes contain fast sequences to enhance cardiovascular fitness and build strength. Like a river transforming into a tranquil pond, I transition between vigorous movement and slower holds. I provide space for students to explore poses deeply, use props, and elevate their practice. I emphasize breath awareness, encouraging students to connect their breath with movement, enhancing their mind-body connection.

Experience

I completed the Dragonfly 200 hour intensive in summer 2025.

Favorite Pose

I have two favorites.
Half Moon Pose (Ardha Chandrasana): I love the balance and strength of this pose.
Yogi Squat (Malasana): A fantastic hip opener!

Why I Love Dragonfly

I love the variety of classes that Dragonfly offers. There’s always something available that aligns with how my body feels on any given day.

Little Known Fact About Me

I collect CDs and currently have about 300, mostly classic and '90s rock.
