I attended my first Dragonfly class in December 2024. I quickly fell in love with the classes, routine of attending, and the heat. Yoga has supported my flexibility, strength, and mental clarity.

Why I Love Dragonfly
Dragonfly is a such a welcoming environment! I love the wide range of classes you can attend and the community feeling each of them have. The heat also adds a fun challenge to each class!
