I teach energizing Yoga Up classes set to motivating music, designed to challenge, inspire and have fun! I create a welcoming, inclusive environment where students feel supported, accomplished, and encouraged to push themselves while enjoying the beat of the music!
Experience
My yoga journey began as I searched for the yin to the yang of my existing exercise routine. By introducing yoga as a softening counterbalance to my high-intensity workouts, I discovered a practice that supports injury prevention, increases mobility, and creates sustainable progress toward my fitness goals. When I first discovered Yoga Sculpt on the west coast, I was instantly hooked by its dynamic blend of strength training, energizing cardio bursts, and the lengthening, grounding elements of yoga. This all-in-one approach builds both physical strength and mental resilience, leaving students feeling empowered and uplifted! I’m passionate about sharing this energizing, endorphin-boosting practice and am stoked to be part of the Dragonfly team!

Legs up the Wall Pose, or Viparita Karani. I love the simple yet powerful effect of this restorative inversion at the end of class!
