Gentle Flow is a great class for anyone brand new to yoga, looking for a gentle flow, or for those wishing to deepen their practice. Each class will assist you in building a strong yoga foundation to include learning pose names and how to incorporate the shape into your unique body. You will also learn the basics of core strength, breathwork in yoga, and common cues so you feel strong and confident in your yoga practice! Come learn, play, move, and breathe in a supportive environment. All bodies are welcome!
