Fire is a class with a sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. These poses are practiced in the same order each time as they warm and stretch specific muscles, ligaments, and joints.

The benefits of regular practice are many, including mental clarity, stress relief, and disease prevention. You will feel challenged by this class – everyone does! Always work to your edge, but honor your body. Though there are specific water breaks, please know that you can always take a break and drink water when you need to. The series is designed for all levels, first time students, and experienced practitioners alike. There is no music in this class.
