1. Log into your account
2. View active memberships
Website: Click “Active Packages” near the top of the page (underneath “Account”).
App: Tap “Active Credits + Memberships” under the link of links on the account page.
3. Cancel Membership
Website: Click “Modify or Cancel” to the right of the membership title. Select “Cancel” from the drop down. Confirm the cancellation.
