How did you get started at Dfly?
Around 12 years ago I was interested in trying yoga to add a new addition to my workout routine. I had been researching the benefits of yoga and heated workouts, and my fiancé (now husband) surprised me with a month’s membership to try. After just a few classes I was hooked!

What is/was your yoga/barre experience before Dfly?
I was a complete newbie. I had never tried yoga, barre or any type of heated workout classes prior to Dragonfly.

What do you enjoy most from attending Dfly classes?
I love the range of classes and the community. Every week I take a variety of classes from core flow to power up, each providing a different energy and focus that fits the needs of whomever is taking the class. In addition, the instructors are so friendly, knowledgeable and create the perfect environment. No matter what class I’m taking I know I will have a great time and get a great workout!

Have you experienced any changes in your total well-being since taking classes?
Since I started Dragonfly, I’ve had significant improvements in my flexibility, strength and my confidence. It’s been rewarding to see my physical growth over the years.

How often do you attend classes? Favorite class?
I attend an average of 4-5 classes per week. My favorite being Power Up!

Dragonfly has been such an incredible experience that I am so grateful for. I work full time, have two small children and am always running around. Dragonfly is time that I take for myself, and when I’m not able to make it to the studio I love having the option for Dragonfly’s online classes.
