My Teaching Style
I love a strong, playful, and upbeat vinyasa flow! My classes are encouraging and energizing, with something for everyone. I invite students to explore their edge while offering options that meet them where they are in their unique yoga journey. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where students feel empowered to explore their practice, take what they need, and leave feeling strong and refreshed!
Experience
My yoga journey began in high school, taking classes with my mom at our local YMCA. As a dancer growing up, I was drawn to yoga’s rhythmic quality, its flexibility, and the mental and physical strength it teaches. In college, I taught yoga and mat Pilates at UW-Madison Rec Sports (now Rec Well) and at my hometown YMCA during summer and winter breaks. Years later, I am thrilled to begin teaching again after completing my 200hr yoga teacher training here at Dragonfly!

Why I Love Dragonfly
From the very first class I took, Dragonfly felt magical. The classes are challenging, the teachers are uplifting, and the community is something special. We sweat together and grow together. The positive energy is contagious – the sure cure to any tough day!
Little Known Fact About Me
I wanted to be a mermaid when I grew up… so I became a certified scuba diver instead. Close enough!
