My Teaching Style
I see each class as a meditative dance of self-discovery where movement and breath are linked together and we are a unified breathing organism. I try to set up a space where people can explore in a supportive environment that awakens the senses, pushes their limits, and quiets the monkey mind.
Experience
I have had a fascination with yoga for decades and even traveled to Rishikesh, India in the foothills of the Himalayas for a Yoga retreat. I finally decided to dip my toes in teaching! I am excited to take this journey with you!
