How did you get started at Dragonfly?
I originally came to Dragonfly looking for a way to strengthen and condition my body to help prevent dance-related injuries. What I found was so much more than that. I quickly fell in love with the practice, the challenge, and the community.

What was your yoga or barre experience before joining us?
I had tried several yoga studios in the Madison area before attending Dragonfly exclusively. The quality of the teachers, the supportive environment, and the beautiful studios are unmatched.

What do you enjoy most about attending Dragonfly classes?
What I love most about attending class at Dragonfly is that it gives me dedicated time to reconnect with my body in an intentional way. I appreciate how each class challenges me differently. It keeps things interesting and helps me grow physically and mentally.

Have you experienced any changes in your total well-being since you started taking classes?
Coming to Dragonfly is the highlight of my day. I’m always welcomed with smiling faces, and studios full of yogis ready to learn. My body is stronger now than it has ever been.

How often do you attend, and do you have a favorite class?
I try to attend class 3x a week. My favorite classes are Power Up and Flow.
