How did you get started at Dragonfly?
I started going to Dragonfly in January 2024 because I had gotten tired of traditional weight training at the gym and wanted to try a different type of workout that would challenge me in new ways.

What was your yoga or barre experience before joining us?
Before joining Dragonfly, I had very little experience with yoga or barre. I had never taken a workout class that incorporated those types of movements, so it was a completely new experience for me.

What do you enjoy most about attending Dragonfly classes?
What I enjoy most about Dragonfly classes is how challenging they are. Whether it is a difficult yoga pose or an intense cardio boost, I always leave feeling like I got an amazing workout and pushed myself to become stronger.

Have you experienced any changes in your total well-being since you started taking classes?
Absolutely. Since starting at Dragonfly, I have developed a consistent workout routine and now exercise every day. I feel much stronger both physically and mentally, and I am in the best shape I have ever been in.

How often do you attend, and do you have a favorite class?
I attend classes very often, usually taking 8-10 classes per week. My favorite classes are Yoga Up and Power Up, but what I enjoy the most is doubling up and taking two classes in one day, either back-to-back or one in the morning and another at night. I also love taking Barre and Flow & Lift on the days when I double up.

Dragonfly has become such an important part of my daily routine and overall lifestyle. The instructors and community are incredibly motivating and supportive. I thank Dragonfly for the new friendships I have made through the classes. I am so grateful to have found a workout that I genuinely look forward to every single day.
