
How did you get started at Dfly?
When a studio opened near me, I was curious to see if we would be a good fit. Nearly two years later, I can confidently say we’re a match made in heaven!
What was your yoga/barre experience before Dfly?
While I had tried yoga and barre before, I didn’t have a dedicated studio experience. Now, having done both consistently for nearly two years, I see the impact of creating healthy routines and building on new skills.
What do you enjoy most from attending Dfly classes?
I love the community I have found at Dragonfly. From the amazing teachers to students of all ages, I’m delighted to walk into class and see so many new friends. If you see me in class, come say hi! I’d love to meet you.
Have you experienced any changes in your total well-being since taking classes?
I love the consistency in my workouts since joining Dragonfly. I know what to expect and which classes best meet my needs in a given week. Instead of dreading a workout, Dragonfly helps me feel empowered to pick the class that will best energize or center me.
How often do you attend classes? Favorite class?
I enjoy classes two to three times a week. These days you can find me loving Sara’s Barre 45 or Marti’s Prenatal Yoga classes!
Tammy’s Flow and Yin class on Thursday mornings are an absolute treat anytime I can join in on the fun – highly recommend.

As a new mama-to-be, I have deeply appreciated how robust Dragonfly’s schedule is and how supportive the staff has been as my physical needs have changed. While I’ve paused hot yoga classes for now, barre, yin, and prenatal classes have been filling my cup!
