How did you get started at Dfly?
I was first introduced to Dragonfly through my mom, who really encouraged me to step outside of my comfort zone and give it a try. At the time, I was a little unsure, but I’m so glad I listened to her because it ended up becoming such a positive and consistent part of my routine.
What was your yoga/barre experience before Dfly?
Before coming to Dragonfly, I actually had no prior experience with yoga or barre at all. Walking into my first class was completely new to me, but the welcoming environment and supportive instructors made it easy to learn and grow quickly.
What do you enjoy most from attending Dfly classes?
What I enjoy most is being able to dedicate 45 minutes entirely to myself each day. It gives me a chance to disconnect from any outside stress and focus on my mind and body. It’s not just a workout—it’s a reset that leaves me feeling more grounded, energized, and accomplished.
Have you experienced any changes in your total well-being since taking classes?
Since starting at Dragonfly, I’ve noticed significant improvements in my overall well-being, especially physically. I’ve become much stronger, more confident in my abilities, and more in tune with my body. It’s been really rewarding to see that growth over time.
How often do you attend classes? Favorite class?
I typically attend classes about 5–8 times per week, depending on my schedule. My favorite classes are Power Up 45 and Yoga Up 45—I love the balance of intensity and mindfulness they offer, and they always leave me feeling challenged in the best way
Instructor Meredith E.: “Kira shows up for herself each day on the mat in class. She is a pleasure to have in YUP45 as she always takes whatever exercise she needs, a true representation of strength.”
