
How did you get started at Dfly?
I started with a weeklong trial and never left – I live nearby the Fitchburg studio so I pass it often and was interested in trying it out.
What was your yoga/barre experience before Dfly?
I had taken a lot of yoga and some Barre at my gym from time to time.
What do you enjoy most from attending Dfly classes?
The heat! It makes coming to class super motivating.
Have you experienced any changes in your total well-being since taking classes?
I find that I am more consistently working out because I am motivated to go somewhere warm and signing up for classes holds me accountable. Working out has always been a good stress relief for me, especially during the school year when I’m teaching.
How often do you attend classes? Favorite class?
Usually 3-5 times per week – Power Up is my favorite!

I like that Dfly is really welcoming and feels like a safe environment for people at any level. You don’t need any experience to start and can always take things at your own pace without any judgment. If I could wish for anything from Dfly it would be to add mat pilates and a class focused on deep stretching/flexibility :)
