
How did you get started at Dfly?
I took my first class at Dfly last Valentines Day. My freshman year roommate and I were sick of going to the busy school gym and wanted to try something new.
What was your yoga/barre experience before Dfly?
I had zero yoga experience before I started at Dfly!
What do you enjoy most from attending Dfly classes?
I really appreciate that I can try new things and fall down and I don’t feel judged.
Have you experienced any changes in your total well-being since taking classes?
I always thought of myself as a person that was not flexible, and my time at Dfly has changed that! My mobility has improved drastically and it makes me feel good about myself.
How often do you attend classes? Favorite class?
I usually go to class four times per week. It really depends on my class schedule, and this semester has made it challenging to attend as many classes as I would like. I can’t say I have a favorite class, I love many Dfly instructors and appreciate the different teaching styles they have to offer.

I’m a sophomore at UW Madison studying art history and design. I’m from San Francisco and Marin, CA. Yoga has absolutely changed the way I think about exercise, it is the first practice I have had that truly feels good in my body. I am so grateful to Dfly for getting me started! I am also looking forward to being able to do a headstand in the hopefully not too distant future.
