
How did you get started at Dfly?
I tried a FIRE class over years ago, I believe I had a group-on for some classes, back when those were popular. Roughly three years ago I started getting back into fitness classes and I was looking for something new. I started with 10-pack passes and I tried a few of the different classes offered at Dfly. I really liked the instructors, I felt comfortable trying new classes and I loved the variety. I tried an unlimited summer promotion and discovered all of the Up classes, and the next thing I knew, I was hooked.
What was your yoga/barre experience before Dfly?
I had taken a few yoga classes offered at my workplace over lunch, and I didn’t have any barre experience. I was astounded after my first barre class how moving your body a few inches can be so difficult and have such an impact.
What do you enjoy most from attending Dfly classes?
I like the instructors, everyone is so friendly and encouraging to do what works for you. I love the Up classes because I love being able to use weights and have cardio bursts to get my heartrate up. I also really appreciate starting out my day working up a good sweat.
Have you experienced any changes in your total well-being since taking classes?
Yes, I start my mornings with more pep in my step, and I can tell I am stronger and more agile in all of my tasks throughout the day.
How often do you attend classes? Favorite class?
I attend 5 classes a week, and my favorites are the Up classes.

I hate the winter, so it is such a relief to have a hot yoga studio to come to. It makes it easier to come to the gym rather than stay under the covers. And I love that there is so much variety. I still have plenty of classes I haven’t tried yet.
