How did you get started at Dfly?
I discovered Dragonfly during my second year of law school when I was looking for a way to manage stress and stay active.
What was your yoga/barre experience before Dfly?
While I had done some yoga at home during Covid with Yoga with Adrianne’s YouTube videos, I had never taken it seriously before.
What do you enjoy most from attending Dfly classes?
What draws me to Dfly classes is the welcoming community, the chance to step away from my outside problems for a bit, and the supportive instructors who make each class special.
Have you experienced any changes in your total well-being since taking classes?
The practice has helped me remember to take deeper breaths throughout my day, and I’ve noticed that I feel stronger and more flexible than before.
How often do you attend classes? Favorite class?
I now attend classes 4-5 times a week, with Power Up & Flow and Lift being my absolute favorites.
