How did you get started at Dfly?
I’d always enjoyed the occasional yoga class, but I wanted to see how a regular practice would benefit my physical and mental health. Signing up at Dragonfly was an easy choice after I tried out a few classes and instructors!

What was your yoga/barre experience before Dfly?
Before Dragonfly, I’d only done one-off yoga classes and online videos. I used to travel every week for work, so I’d never been able to commit to a regular practice. Luckily I set my own schedule now, and I’m able to attend my favorite classes most weeks.

What do you enjoy most from attending Dfly classes?
Each instructor has a unique perspective and style, and I love the variety!

Have you experienced any changes in your total well-being since taking classes?
Physically, I feel stronger and more flexible. I also think yoga classes have helped lessen some of my ADHD symptoms, and I feel like I can slow down my thoughts more easily. Whether I’m having a great day or a tough one, I know I’ll walk out of class feeling better than when I walked in.

How often do you attend classes? Favorite class?
I try to make it to class 4-5 days/week. It’s hard to pick a favorite! I appreciate Marianna’s creativity in Slow Flow, the challenge and consistency in Ian’s Flow class, and the thoughtful way Shawn connects bigger concepts to our practice in Flow + Yin.
