How did you get started at Dfly?
I started at the Junction Rd studio because it was convenient for me to go to a class after work (TDS).

What was your yoga/barre experience before Dfly?
Mostly through rec programs before I joined a gym, then took classes there.

What do you enjoy most from attending Dfly classes?
Even though I attend the same classes, they are never the same! And there’s a huge variety of classes to choose from depending on what I need from a class…meditation, a challenge or a good sweat.

Have you experienced any changes in your total well-being since taking classes?
Even though I’m retired, I care for grandchildren and an elderly mother. Yoga helps me to breathe and focus for just an hour on me.

How often do you attend classes?
At least twice/week, sometimes 3.

Favorite class?
I love Flow and Yin, Flow 45 and Aromatherapy Yin.

I started yoga 12 yrs ago as part of my recovery from breast cancer treatments. Yoga became important to me because it could be whatever I needed it to be at that moment. No judgment or negativity. I gained my strength and self worth back through yoga.
