How did you get started at Dfly?
I started DFLY about 10 years ago when I moved back to Madison/ Middleton. I dragged my sisters into trying and both now love yoga practice.

What was your yoga/barre experience before Dfly?
I had done yoga at Lifetime Fitness in MN but not as regularly.

What do you enjoy most from attending Dfly classes?
I feel the classes are organized structurally each month and the instructor imposes their style with the class. I also notice if there is a large class or if there seems to be newcomers the class is modified somewhat so that it is inclusive to all.
In the beginning I always felt I could participate to my level and have seen a gradual improvement.

Have you experienced any changes in your total well-being since taking classes?
Yes! My total well being has been noticed by my doctor and I can attest I gave more mobility and strength and peace of mind.

How often do you attend classes?
I try to attend 3-4 times per week.

Favorite class?
I do not have a favorite class! They’re all wonderful.
