How did you get started at Dfly?
I started going with my roommate after college and fell out of it during the pandemic. Beginning of last year a friend and I started going again and I have been going every week since.
What was your yoga/barre experience before Dfly?
I had gone to classes at other studios during college but only occasionally.
What do you enjoy most from attending Dfly classes?
All of the instructors are awesome and I really like how each class has its own tempo and challenges. Also the variety of types of classes and how friendly everyone is!
Have you experienced any changes in your total well-being since taking classes?
I definitely feel stronger which was one of the main reasons I wanted to start up yoga again. I also scuba dive and yoga really helps with breathing more efficiently when diving.
How often do you attend classes? Favorite class?
I try to get to class at least 3 times a week. Right now my favorite class is the Fire Fusion class.

I’ve been living in Madison for about 10 years, went to college at UW and now I work on the west side, I just wish I started going to Dfly sooner!
