How did you get started at Dfly?
One day I saw one of my co-workers coming back in the office with a yoga mat and we started talking. I was interested and she took me to the studio in Downtown. I loved it.
What is/was your yoga experience before Dfly?
What do you enjoy most from attending Dfly classes?
The most enjoyable thing to me is the yoga class, the challenge we face as a group, the feel of support, the lack of being judged, and the peaceful environment.
Have you experienced any changes in your total well-being since taking classes?
If I must provide a description of what yoga became to me, I would say:
Yoga= life, challenge, strength, positive thinking, balanced mind, clarity, motivation, inspiration, flow of energy, wisdom …
This is why I always return to class. Yoga practice is a great addiction. One has to experience it in order to understand it.
How often do you attend classes? Favorite class?
I am trying to do my best to be there at least twice a week, but my desire is to practice 4-5 times. Due to the time constraints, I did not have the ability to explore all classes, but for my beginner level I found that ‘Flow’ and ‘Core Flow’ are a challenge I can handle.
