Dragonfly Fit is an excellent opportunity to add something new to your daily yoga practice and still stay with the wonderful community you know. This all levels class will challenge, motivate, and energize you! It incorporates weights and calisthenics with fun, upbeat music! The 60-minute class will work your whole body and help build endurance and strength. Get ready to sweat it out at Dragonfly Fit! No shoes needed, just bring your mat and a towel (or two) and most importantly water! We have 2 and 3 pound dumbbell weights at the studio, but feel free to bring your own if you would like.
