Middleton Yogi of the Month: Marybeth Call

How did you get started at Dfly?
My oldest son Jake, who went to Dfly when he went to School at UW Madison, gave me the $40 month trail and yoga mat for my birthday over a year ago.

What is/was your yoga/BarreAmped experience before Dfly?
I had no prior experience at all with yoga.

What do you enjoy most from attending Dfly classes?
The instructors are amazing! Their dedication, commitment, knowledge, motivation and of course great music choices, this is what keeps me returning for more! I have also met some super nice yogis in all of the classes along the way!

Have you experienced any changes in your total well-being since taking classes?
Absolutely, I feel a lot stronger, my body is more toned and it is a great stress reliever.

How often do you attend classes? Favorite class?
3 classes a week and I also purchase Flyght classes if unable to make it to a yoga class to mix it up. My new favorite class is Circuit up, Power Up and Yoga Up to follow and Barramped Fire (really great class for toning certain muscles)

Please feel free to share any other thoughts you have about Dfly, hot yoga, or your life as we would love to know more about you.
When I heard the word Yoga, I had no idea there would be fitness classes. My workout routines were at a gym with a trainer, which I still do when Yoga does not fit in, but Circuit Up, Power Up and Yoga Up have taken my workout routines to a whole new level and I’m hooked 100%. I cannot say enough positive things about Dfly, the instructors and employees! I’m so glad my son gave this to me as a gift, because it has been one that keeps on giving!

Instructor Sam Brenner: “MaryBeth is the queen of our fitness classes at Dfly! She amazes me with her dedication to attending these classes, and she always brings energy and a happy attitude! She is a joy to chat with before and after class–I always admire her post class “glow”–as if she didn’t just do a HIIT class in a 95 degree room! I am so happy MaryBeth is our Yogi of the Month–she deserves it as she truly embodies what it is to be a member of our Dfly community.”
