Eight months ago (Nov 2015), I tried a yoga flow class at Dragonfly. It was a life-altering experience. I began an amazing cleanse of my body, mind and spirit. Ever since, I have regularly attended classes. I enjoy the amazing heated room, the challenging poses, the wonderful music, the positive learning environment and the strength and wisdom of the instructors. I also go to different types of classes such as Barreamped, Yoga Up and Yin.

Yoga has changed me. I feel more balanced, alive and well. It has completely changed my perspective of working out, as it is no longer a chore. I am more aware of sensing a connection of mind to body. I am strengthening more refined musculature, as well as making fuller use of main muscle groups.

I am most astonished with how my emotions and issues are stirred up and worked through in yoga. Because of this my life is better when I am off of the mat.

I am so deeply thankful for the incredible instructors and people who make Dragonfly such an awesome yoga studio.

Instructor Suki Warda: “I remember meeting Brian for the very first time at the Dragonfly Middleton studio. Brian exhibited an attitude of happiness, curiosity and gratitude that has not changed but has grown stronger. Brian’s asana practice has progressed immensely, and he has such a focused, easygoing spirit and he is a wonderful listener. His humility and strength combined with play is powerful and fun to see. Thank you for being such a joy to have in class. You’re awesome Brian!”
