I really started getting into the practice of yoga over quarantine as a stress reliever all while working to improve my mind and body connection. I find yogas gentle movements to be the perfect way to unwind after a long day and can always count on it to bring my attention back to center. I have picked up countless techniques such as how to properly breathe (pranayama) and focus my concentration better in all aspects of my life.

Why I Love Dragonfly
Ever since I walked into the studio for the first time—I felt instantly supported by the community of members and staff. The instructors want dragonfly members to have an amazing experience and always achieve what is best for them. I feel so safe, relaxed and my utmost self when I am in the studio and am so grateful to be a part of this wonderful community of such empowering people.
Little Known Fact About Me
I will take up any opportunity to travel the world and try new restaurants! I have already traveled to over 14 countries and am excited to study abroad next semester to expand that list even more! :)
