My Teaching Style
I bring an uplifting, inclusive teaching style, with emphasis on compound movements that support strength and full-body connection. I design classes that feel challenging but accessible, creating space for everyone to feel supported. Music and energy are my driving factors that help me create my classes. My goal is for everyone to leave class feeling strong, confident and happy with their workout and body.
Experience
I have been active my whole life but quickly fell in love with heated workout classes in 2020. I love to travel, so whenever I would go to a new city I would try a new studio/class. Seeing how their different energy, music and format created the experience, has fueled my desire to become an instructor. Heated workout classes have been apart of my daily routine for the past 5 years and I’m so excited to bring my energy, passion, and love for movement into the room as an instructor.

Why I Love Dragonfly
Moving across the country for college, I was looking for a workout studio that gave me comfort and challenged me. Dragonfly gave me that and more. Dragonfly has given me best friends, a place to grow stronger, and a community that truly lifts me up. It’s a welcoming, inclusive space that offers a break from everyday stress, and I’m beyond excited to give that same energy back as an instructor.
