My mom started doing yoga in the 1970s and my sister and I borrowed her book and tried the poses ourselves. Fast forward a few years to 2014 when my best friend talked me into taking up yoga again. This time it was with great instructors and beautiful studio space. I enjoyed it so much, I've been coming faithfully since.
