My Teaching Style
Athletic, calming with strength and intention. I believe there is a place for everyone with yoga so I want you to feel empowered in your body, feel and notice what's going on in each moment and gratitude our bodies get to do the things they do. I love music and putting together playlists to match the mood, style and theme for the class.
I have been involved in athletics since I was young through college from dance to gymnastics and soccer. I have been teaching a variety of group classes since 1995 including forms of Yoga and Pilates individually and in group setting. I just completed 200 hour teacher training with Inner Fire this January 2021. I'm excited to be on the team at Dragonfly!
Depends on the day but most often is Warrior 2.

Little Known Fact About Me
I have donated over 12 inches of my hair to wigs for kids 5 times in my life so far.... and I love homemade sugar cookies with frosting (more the merrier)
