I have been doing yoga since high school, but lost touch with it for a little. In college I found Dragonfly, and was so exited to get back into it! I typically love a workout with more cardio, so the fitness classes were such a great way to incorporate yoga with cardio! Yoga allows me to challenge myself, and it such a great reward.
