My Teaching Style
I take an upbeat approach to my classes, that will be challenging but not defeating. It’s no secret that I LOVE cardio (especially burpees!), and although there’s much satisfaction in seeing my students push themselves to their edge, I’m equally impressed by those who show restraint and modify exercises in such a way that meets their individual needs. My goal is to incorporate sequences that are creative, fluid, engaging and new – I can guarantee a great playlist too!
I have been coming to Dragonfly since 2014. I fell in love with both Yoga Up and Power Up right away. After taking 5-6 classes a week over those years I decided it would be really fun to teach. I completed Dragonfly’s Yoga Up training in the fall of 2016 and started teaching the Spring of 2017.
My favorite ‘pose’ would have to be Burpees.

Why I Love Dragonfly
Dragonfly is my “happy place”! It is truly a place where all my cares, worries, and anticipations melt away and I can simply work on bettering myself. I love the warm and welcoming atmosphere, the variety of classes, and all of the wonderful teachers. It’s a culture I am proud to be a part of!
