How did you get started at Dfly?
Yoga was recommended to me by my physical therapist after sustaining a sports injury in 2014, as an alternative to going under the knife.
What is/was your yoga experience before Dfly?
Limited at best
What do you enjoy most about attending classes?
I enjoy having the ability to determine my own approach to each class. Some days I will want to push myself, while others I use the class as a way to relax.
Have you experienced any changes in your total well-being since taking classes?
Absolutely. Every day I am grateful to both Dfly as well as my physical therapist for introducing yoga to me.
How often do you attend classes? Favorite Class?
I try to attend class four times a week….key word being TRY. My favorite classes are the Monday at 4:30pm and Friday at 4:00pm as its a great way to end the first and last day of the work week.

I think the people who work at Dfly make it such a great place to be. Between the studio and staff who make it very welcoming and the teachers who are well versed in their yoga knowledge and who encourage you to try new things.
