Sun Prairie Yogi of the Month: April Komplin

I was gifted a 1 month membership for Christmas in 2015 and have been coming ever since. Some of my friends at Fleet Feet convinced me it was a good way to support my running habits.

I had taken 2-3 classes at different studios with my sisters prior to coming to Dragonfly Hot Yoga in Sun Prairie.

Middleton Yogi of the Month: Valerie Shea

Friends asked me to join Dragonfly. I had been at a different studio, but DFLY is closer to home. It’s also warm and welcoming, and I am very impressed with the design. I was looking for a new way to exercise after I had finished my last semester playing soccer, and I knew immediately after that first class that this was what I was looking for. So, I signed up for the membership and never looked back.

Before Dragonfly I had maybe attended two or three yoga classes in my entire life, so I had very minimal experience. That being said, I never once felt out of place at the studio. All the staff members and fellow yogis are unbelievably accepting and have helped me tremendously throughout this last year and a half.
