Sun Prairie Yogi of the Month: Abby Bare


I was exposed to my first classes with Dragonfly last summer. A few ladies from my “book” club wanted to try Yoga at the Zoo. I had very little exposure to yoga prior to that because I was afraid my inflexibility would just embarrass me. Come to find out, a lot of people are just like me! Fast forward to May 2015 and Dragonfly opened in Sun Prairie, just five minutes from my office. I was unable to attend a class on the grand opening weekend as my husband was out of town for training but I dragged the kids in and signed up for a membership. The staff was beyond friendly, even taking the time to do a tree pose with my daughter (her favorite). There was no looking back after that.

Middleton Yogi of the Month: Jason Argraves


I started at Dragonfly when I stopped traveling weekly for work. Travel and lack of exercise had begun to take a toll on my overall health. I knew I needed to make a change. It was hard for me to figure out what I should do considering I never liked working out. I had taken some hot yoga classes at another studio a few years prior and liked them, so when my wife said she wanted to try Dragonfly Hot Yoga, I was willing to give it a try. When I began attending classes I liked the environment and the teachers from the first class- I had finally found an exercise I really enjoyed!

Fitchburg Yogi of the Month: Joyce Dieter


I wanted to try something different besides the running and strength training I was doing, and took advantage of the one month Intro special that was offered at a great price in December 2014. I had only done the yoga video that is a part of the P90X program. I had never done hot yoga before.

I love the variety of classes and have enjoyed every one of the instructors that I’ve had! I also love how much effort everyone takes to learn your name.
