I was gifted a 1 month membership for Christmas in 2015 and have been coming ever since. Some of my friends at Fleet Feet convinced me it was a good way to support my running habits.
I had taken 2-3 classes at different studios with my sisters prior to coming to Dragonfly Hot Yoga in Sun Prairie.
I have found that Dfly is warm, inviting and quiet, which is why I especially like the 5:30am classes. All of the teachers are super nice.
It is easier to fall asleep at night and I am less injury-prone as my running regimen is quite intense. It reduces stress and allows me to get out of the house for an hour to myself while the rest of my family is still sleeping. :)
I attend classes a minimum of 4 per week. The best week would be attending 6, but my work requires frequent travel to California. My favorite classes are Fire on Sunday mornings and Power Up on Friday mornings.
A little about me….I’m a runner and I’m attempting to run a marathon in all 50 states; 8 down and 42 to go! I’m a Clinical Microbiologist and I currently work for Envigo as the Regional Quality Assurance Manager, US – West.
In my free time (there’s not much), I enjoying working out, shopping and spending time with my family.
