Yoga Pop-Ups are FREE yoga classes taught by yoga teachers in training or newly certified yoga instructors. This gives you the opportunity to meet and try new instructors and it gives our trainees the opportunity to teach in front of a group and gain experience. Please join us and bring your friends!
Breathe, Sweat, Move! This class is appropriate for all levels. Strengthen, tone, and relax your whole body with a flowing sequence of postures. The room is gently heated to maximize every minute of this flow. Add a kicking sound track and you have the motivation to find and realize your inner power.
