Reflective Yoga Series

The kids are back in school, fall is in the air, it’s time to focus on you. Are you a yogi who has been practicing for a while but want to protect your body from injuries? Are you new to yoga, but would like to learn a fun, safe foundation for your practice? This class is for anyone wishing to optimize their approach to yoga through alignment basics and grounding principles. Offered as a 4-part series, you may also drop in to this class depending on your schedule. We will be starting with waking up the core during the first week, move on to resetting the upper body, then lower body, and then finally putting it all together in our final session. Sign up now!
