It often uncovers blocked energy and emotions that need to be processed and released in order to free that power. Dragonfly Process uses deep breathing and yoga poses to warm and open the body; visualization exercises to reveal energy patterns; and a “free” segment where participants are encouraged to journal, draw or meditate on their discoveries.
